Cancellation of Order/Shipping/Return

  • If a customer wishes to cancel an order after successful payment, a $3 cancellation fee will apply. We encourage you to make your decision carefully before completing payment to avoid additional charges.
  • Strictly no cancellation of order once the parcel has been shipped out.
  • ShazAngel Beauty & Wellness team will counter-check all parcels before sending out to logistic/shipment company. All items will be secured with bubble wraps to prevent any damages to the products. If the damaged of the parcel are caused by 3rd party such as the shipment company, ShazAngel Beauty & Wellness will not be held responsible for such matters
  • ShazAngel Beauty & Wellness LLP will not be responsible for late shipment caused by shipment/logistic company.

  • ShazAngel Beauty & Wellness LLP will not be responsible for parcel torn/damages caused by shipment/logistic company.

  • If there is any broken or damaging on the product itself upon receiving it, please do notify us asap @ shazangelbeautyandwellness@gmail.com. We will then advise the issue case by case basis.

  • Please return the broken or damaging product within 7 days including shipment time frame. Once we received the defective product, we will contact you directly to replace or do a refund.

  • Please provide the correct address and contact details for every order. If in the event of any return mail back to us, customer will be liable for the next shipment/mailing fees.
